Terms of Service

As our services are custom designed to fit the needs of each individual client, we are unable to offer refunds of any kind.

WEB DESIGN PROJECTS
A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required to begin any project. Upon receipt of this deposit, the project will be added to our schedule.

Once a design is accepted and/or revisions are requested, this is deemed as acceptance to continue, and another non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required at that time. Depending on the complexity of the project, additional deposits may be required during the development of the project. All balances are due upon completion of the project, and before the site is officially launched.

A one-hour initial consultation is included with all web design packages. Typically, we prefer to conduct this consultation, and all aspects of a web design project via email and/or telephone. If you are a local client, and require an onsite consultation, we will provide this service at an additional cost of $100.00.

Unless otherwise stated or quoted, 3 revisions are included after the first draft. Additional revisions may be requested, but may incur additional charges.

Copyright to all graphics, design work, advanced coding and other elements as required, remain the sole property of Dream-It-Webworks. Source graphics and / or files may be released under certain circumstances, at the sole discretion of Dream-It-Webworks.

DOMAIN NAMES
Dream-It-Webworks provides domain registration services for our clients. Our clients will be listed as the registrant (domain owner). Where a domain name is included in a package price, we offer this a bonus to our clients, and no refunds / discounts will be applicable if a client would like to use a domain they already own. Additional charges may be incurred if issues arise in the administration of any domain not provided by Dream-It-Webworks.

WEB HOSTING
Dream-It-Webworks offers web hosting services to our clients. Where a web hosting credit is included in a package price, we offer this as a bonus to our clients, and no refunds / discounts will be applicable if a client prefers to use a hosting account they already have. Note, additional charges may be incurred on web hosting accounts not approved / provided by Dream-It-Webworks.

EMAIL
Dream-It-Webworks offers email addresses with our web hosting accounts. All clients will have access to webmail, via their web browser. It will be the responsiblity of the client to configure their email program on their own computer, such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird Mail, Netscape Mail, etc. Dream-It-Webworks may offer assistance in this regard, as time permits, for an addiitonal fee.

CURRENCY
US clients must choose US currency, only Canadian clients may choose CAN currency.

ZEN CART PATCH INSTALLATION
We are offering this patch installation to any zen cart user. A full database backup - prior to installation - is included for all Dream-It-Webworks hosting clients. Non Dream-It-Webworks clients are responsible for doing the backup themselves, or paying a $25.00 database backup fee.
