:: Exceptional Customer Service
Without a rock solid philosophy for exceptional customer service, no business can really survive. I pride myself on this quality, and take your inquiries, concerns, questions, and uncertainty very seriously. All questions will be answered in a prompt and friendly fashion.

:: How to Order
Simply contact us with the details of your project. We will contact you with further questions (if necessary), and send you a quote. Once you approve the quote, we will send an invoice. Alternatively, you may find just what you need in the Dream-It-Webworks store, in which case you may shop directly, and checkout via Paypal's secure server, using your Paypal balance, bank account, or credit card.

Paypal is accepted (and preferred), but we also accept cheques and money orders (Canadian or US only). Your project will commence upon receipt of cleared payment.

:: The Process
Upon receipt of payment, we will contact you with an initial set of questions about your preferences and what you are looking for in your website. We will communicate back and forth, until all the details are sorted out.

You will receive a first draft of the graphics / layout, at which time change can be made to colours, fonts, graphics, general look and feel, etc.

Once approval of the graphics and layout has been received, any changes after this time will incur additional charges.

If you have purchased a storefront, you will be given info on how to enter your products, as well as tutorials and assistance on how to manage your storefront. If applicable, you will be given FTP access to the hosting server to upload product images, logo, etc.

Once the final layout is chosen, all the content will be added, and a final draft will be sent for your approval. Upon final approval, your website will be uploaded for all to see !

:: How Long

The current expected time frame from date of order, to project completion, is approximately 3 weeks, however, if you have a specific time frame you need it completed by, please inquire, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Note - delays on the client's behalf will set the project time frame back by the same amount of time. Significant delays may cause the project to be put on hold if other projects are waiting.

:: Keywords and a Description (Meta Tags)
When the search engines crawl your website, they will look for these meta tags to help them decide how to index your site. If the relevant keywords are in the meta tags, your website will have a better chance to rank higher in the the search engines. Same goes for your description. This should be a brief outline of what your website is all about.

:: Link Exchange
I will feature your website in my portfolio and possibly in other places throughout my website and other advertising opportunities. In return, I will place a small text link to my website, on the bottom of your webpages. This link will open in a new window, so that your visitors will not be taken away from your website.

:: Copyright
You will own your domain name, email, and website. You are free to use any graphics we create, for your own personal use (flyers, business cards, etc.). Dream-It-Webworks will retain the right to feature your website and graphics on our portfolio pages (and why wouldn't you want the free advertising anyway)?

:: Privacy
Dream-It-Webworks will not share your your personal information under any circumstance, for any reason. All online transactions are carried out on Paypal's secure servers.
